Jain marriage biodata

जैन विवाह बायोडाटा
A biodata is still how most Jain families first share a rishta: one page, passed from family to family on WhatsApp. Paraspar makes yours from your profile, in three designs and in English, Hindi or Gujarati, for free.

What goes on a Jain biodata

Opening line

Most Jain biodatas begin with a line at the top: || Jai Jinendra ||, || Shri Mahaviray Namah || or || Namo Arihantanam ||. Pick one, or leave it off.

Personal details

Date of birth and age, height, mother tongue, hometown and where you live now. "Never married" goes unsaid, as on a traditional biodata.

Jain identity

Sect and sub-sect, community, gotra, and nakh or mool where your family uses one. This is the part Jain families read first.

Education and work

Qualification, field, college, occupation and where you work. Income only if you choose to show it.

Family

Father's and mother's names and work, brothers and sisters, mosal (your mother's family) and family type.

Horoscope

Birth time and place, rashi, nakshatra and manglik, for families who match kundli. Turn the section off if yours does not.

About and expectations

A few lines about you, and what you hope for in a partner, in your own words.

Contact

A contact person, often a parent, and a mobile number. No email address: a biodata gets forwarded.

How to make it on Paraspar

1. Make your profile

About ten minutes. Or send your old biodata on WhatsApp and the Paraspar team makes the profile for you, free.

2. Open Biodata and choose

Pick a design, a language and the opening line. Add your parents' names, mosal, address and who families should call.

3. Download the PDF

Send it on WhatsApp or print it. When your profile changes, make it again in a tap.

Before you send it

• Print a number you are happy to have passed on. A biodata travels well beyond the first family who receives it.
• Leave income off at first if you prefer; it can be shared once both families are talking.
• A city is usually enough at first. Add a full address only if you want to.
• Every Paraspar biodata carries a QR code and Paraspar ID that open the full profile, so the page itself can stay short.

Questions families ask

Is the biodata maker free?

Yes. Making, downloading and remaking your biodata is free on Paraspar.

Can I make a Jain biodata in Hindi or Gujarati?

Yes. Each biodata can be in English, Hindi or Gujarati, headings and all. Choose the language before you download.

Should a Jain marriage biodata include gotra?

Most Jain families expect it, since many avoid a match within the same gotra. Add your gotra, and nakh or mool if your family uses one.

Does the biodata include horoscope details?

Only if you want: birth time and place, rashi, nakshatra and manglik. You can switch the whole section off.

Can parents make the biodata for their son or daughter?

Yes. Parents often make both the profile and the biodata, and can put themselves down as the contact person.

What format is the biodata?

A one-page PDF in A4 size, ready to send on WhatsApp or print for the family.

Your profile first, then your biodata in a tap.
